Job Description
What you will do:
- Evaluate loan applications for qualification and creditworthiness.
- Review and verify financial documents from applicants.
- Explain loan products and address customer inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with lending regulations and internal policies.
- Build trust and maintain customer satisfaction throughout the loan process.
What you will need:
- High School or College degree.
- Excellent communication skills.
- At least 6 months BPO Experience.
- Strong sense of responsibility and customer-centric approach.
