Job Description
Job responsibilities:
Accounting:
- Preparing vouchers, encoding to Quick Books
- Preparing check payments
- Monitoring of receipts
- Monitoring and encoding VAT
- Monitoring of cash balances
- Bank reconciliation
- Assist in preparing year-end compliance books of accounts
- Encoding monthly billing statements
- Monitoring property taxes
Job requirements:
- College graduate, preferably in Business Management or Accounting
- At least 2 years of admin and bookkeeping experience
- Proficient in Quick Books
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Willing to work on Saturdays (half day)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php12,600.00 – Php15,00.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
Experience:
- QuickBooks: 1 year (Preferred)
- Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)
