Job Description
- Prepare all food items according to standard recipes and menu to ensure of consistency of products to the guest
- Wash, slice, peel, and/ or cut various foods to prepare for cooking or serving
- Prepare all food items accurately in a timely manner
- Ensuring that food is properly stored
- Ensure the work area stays clean throughout the work day
- Assist with cleaning, sanitation and organization of the Kitchen, walk-in coolers and all storage areas
- Performs additional responsibilities as requested by the Kitchen Head at any time
Qualifications
- BS Hotel and Restaurant Management 4 or 2 years Course, Graduate or Undergraduate
- At least one (1) year Kitchen experience
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- Familiar with Kitchen etiquette and standard procedure
- Shows proper care in kitchen equipment and assets
- Must be flexible on schedule and rest day
- Willing to rational tasks Kitchen Department
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php500.00 – Php600.00 per day
