Support solution architecture planning and service transition activities to begin a managed services engagement. Track issue identification and resolution to deliver managed service engagements.

Summary:

As a Mobilization Representative, you will be responsible for supporting solution architecture planning and service transition activities to begin a managed services engagement. Your typical day will involve tracking issue identification and resolution to deliver managed service engagements in Manila.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support solution architecture planning and service transition activities to begin a managed services engagement.
• Track issue identification and resolution to deliver managed service engagements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful service transition.
• Ensure adherence to service transition processes and procedures.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on service transition progress.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Required Skill: Expertise in Service Transition.
• Additional Must To Have Skills: Experience in ITIL processes and procedures.
• Additional Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Strong understanding of service transition processes and procedures.
• Experience in managing service transition activities for large-scale projects.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have 7 years of experience in Service Transition.
