VIRTUAL ASSISTANT & SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
Work schedule: 8AM-5PM UK / 3PM-12MN PH
Salary: Php 30,00 – 40,00 monthly
We are seeking a proactive and creative Virtual Assistant & Social Media Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Virtual Assistance
- Provide support and assistance to the CEO
- Handle a wide range of responsibilities, from administrative duties to customer service and project management support
Social Media Content & Videography
- Video editing and publishing content across RareFounders’ social media accounts, including LinkedIn (primary), Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter
- Simple copywriting for social media captions
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) is a plus.
- 3-4 experience in social media management, content creation, and videography.
- Proficiency in video editing software
- Experience in using platforms such as Canva & ChatGPT
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude towards community engagement.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
- Previous experience in event coordination or marketing is a plus.

This is a remote position, and candidates from any location in the Philippines are welcome to apply.
