Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
? Responsible for assisting in the whole Recruitment Onboarding Process (Internal and External) ? Background Check, Pre-employment medical examination, Pre-employment requirements, New Hire Orientation, etc.
? Endorses identified candidates to background check via third-party vendor or in-house BGC
? Facilitates tests should they be required
? Coordinates with hiring manager or 2nd level interviewer for updates
? Provide update and report to the hiring manager on the progress of the external candidates
? Coordinates with applicants on their schedule of new hire orientation, pre-employment schedule and submission of requirements, etc
? Tasked to attend to applicant inquiries and/or application follow-up over the phone or in person as the need arises.
? Responsible for ensuring accurate information in the applicant and employee system during the Onboarding stage
? Ensures pre-employment requirements have been provided and collected accordingly including a medical exam on or before the candidate?s start date
? Tasked to ensure efficient maintenance, detailed recording, and safekeeping of employee 201 files.
? Tasked to update and consolidate Recruitment reports
? Sends out a daily email to the accredited clinic for scheduled candidates; Follows up on pending results
? Maintains database of candidates sent for Medical exams; Records results daily; and updates previous pending results.
? Prepares documents needed for the job offer endorsement to C&B.
QUALIFICATIONS:
? Bachelor?s degree preferred
? Must have relevant recruitment experience
? Must have intermediate to advanced proficiency level with Microsoft Excel (advanced would be highly preferred), and other MS tools such as Word, PPT, etc
? Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and perform multiple tasks with attention to detail. Must have a keen eye for detail, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
? Ability to adapt to workload and multitask with attention to detail in a dynamic environment
? Able to understand user requirements, collect and assess how data can be utilized to produce their desired output
? Excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills. With good verbal and written communication skills to properly communicate with employees from different levels of the organization. Effective communication with colleagues and management through verbal, written, and listening channels
? Demonstrates ability to give and receive feedback from peers and business partners
? Excellent interpersonal skills, including a proven track record of effectively communicating with various departments to understand and outline processes ? Optimistic attitude in a fast-paced, demanding environment
? Punctuality, consistently adhering to work schedules, and ensuring responsibilities are covered during absences
? Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Work Schedule: Mondays to Fridays, weekends off, mid-shift to late mid-shift start of working hours
