Job Description
Job Role:
The primary responsibility of the Customer Service Representative is in charge of all works with clients who have complaints, orders, inquiries or require information about products/services purchased from the company. They also provide solutions that fit those individualized situations and prioritize the customers’ needs at each step of the process.
Responsibilities:
· Answer all incoming calls promptly.
· Handling customer complaints and resolving issues.
· Master the art of active listening to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
· Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way.
· Keeping accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions.
· Navigate complex scenarios with grace and empathy, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
· Graduate or Undergraduate of any course.
· Previous experience working with international account is desirable.
· Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
· Excellent customer service and people skills.
· Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
· Strong problem-solving skills
· Strong analytical skills
· Decisiveness, collaboration, flexibility and adaptability.
· Ability and willingness to work on-site on a night shift period.

Pay: Php28,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
