Job Description

Qualifications:

Required:

1. Good verbal and written communication skills with Neutral to American accent.

2. A warm and welcoming personality.

3. Must have at least 1-year medical billing, insurance claims processing or collection experience for US healthcare account.

4. Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

5. Knowledgeable with CPT codes, ICD10, and DSM5.

Optional:

1. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.

2. Mental health background is a plus.

3. Knowledgeable in Avea, Availity, and KIPU Health is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Benefits:

  • Paid training

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • 13th month salary
  • Overtime pay
