Job Description
The position reports to the Manufacturing Engineer. He will be in-charge in supporting Manufacturing Engineers in data gathering, line status monitoring, technical clerical works and conducting product and process measurements.
Job Responsibilities:
* Perform product and process measurements for new product evaluations and engineering evaluations
* Product and process data gathering and tabulation
* Support Manufacturing Engineer in line monitoring and report line issues or concerns to engineer
* Create (non-technical) documents which are not directly related to the manufacturing process
* Revise process documents such as work instructions, checklists and operation standards
* Manage department document control
* Perform clerical work for the department
Qualifications:
* Preferably graduate of related technical, vocational or associate course or Engineering undergraduate
* Preferably with at least 1-year work experience as a technical clerk or technical support in manufacturing
* Good communication skills
* Can work harmoniously with different members and functions of the organization
* Keen to details and analytic
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, Teams)
* With a positive and result-oriented mindset
