Job Description
The People Advisor will be part of the People Advisory Capability Pool. You will work with a group of HR professionals focused on specific businesses or countries on a project basis. You will be responsible for managing knowledge-intense specialized tasks like individual cases and supporting the line managers and employees directly on relevant questions and interventions that are outside the scope of the Global Shared Service Centre.
What We Ask
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or any related courses
- 10-15 years of solid experience as an HR Generalist/HR Business Partner
- Solid background in organizational development, change management, and project management
- Working knowledge of HR systems, compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and employment laws
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills
