Job Description
Location: BSP Gate 3, Malate Manila
JD:
- Responsible in handling client’s inquiries and concerns pertaining to their healthcare coverage;
- Issues outpatient approval codes to accredited hospitals, clinics and dentists;
- Coordinates with different departments to address client’s needs;
- Escalates to immediate supervisor cases that needs approval higher authority. (i.e. urgent cases, unresolved complaints, priority members)
- Performs other tasks assigned by immediate superior
Qualifications
- College level
- With expe in local account as CSR would be an advantage
- Good communications skills
- With customer would be advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php17,00.00 per month
