to make sure that outdoor areas are safe, clean, and attractive. In other words, it’s the groundskeeper’s job to keep businesses and institutions looking their best.

1. Sees to it that the assigned area, i.e., Lotus I, II, and II are properly maintained:

· Lawn grass is cut and properly maintained by regular watering.

· Ang damo ay palaging maikli at dinidiligan.

· Lawn area is free from any trash, dried palm trees, artificial flowers, dried flowers, interment remnants.

· Ang kapaligiran ay siguraduhing walang basura, tuyong palapa, plastic na bulaklak, tuyong bulaklak, at iba pang mga basura na dala ng paglilibing.

· Markers are properly embedded at standard level.

· Surrounding plants, should be well-maintained and coordinates with landscaper if it needs further care.

2. Makes certain that the tasks assigned before and during interment are efficiently performed.

3. Sees to it that proper customer service is provided without collecting any fee from any client.

4. Reports to the Foreman / Facilities and Maintenance Manager all other concerns that he may observe like unpaved roads, cracked walls or posts, burnt lot, etc.

Isangguni sa Foreman / Facilities and Maintenance Manager lahat ng iba pang problema na maari nyang makita tulad ng lubak na kalye, bitak sa mga dingding o poste, sunog na lote, atbp.

5. Performs other tasks that maybe assigned by the Foreman / Facilities and Maintenance Manager. These tasks are related to the skills of the crew based on the Foreman / Facilities and Maintenance Manager’s objective observation.

Pay: Php12,500.00 – Php13,00.00 per month
