Job Description
Qualifications:
- College graduate or K12 Diploma
- With or without experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Customer Service:
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.
- Provide basic information to clients regarding insurance policies, procedures, and services.
- Assist clients with filling out forms and applications.
- Records Management:
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of records, including client information, policies, and claims.
- Collaboration:
- Coordinate with other departments, such as underwriting and claims, to facilitate smooth operations.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php10,00.00 – Php15,00.00 per month
