What we look for:
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree Graduate of any course
- With at least six (6) months in Healthcare account in BPO/CPO setting
- Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing.
- Knowledge of medical provider credentialing and accreditation principles, policies, processes, procedures, and documentation.
- Must have good interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Must be amenable for a Voice account
- Must be amenable for a shifting schedule (Morning, Mid, and Night)
- Must be amenable for temporary work from home
- Must be amenable to work onsite afterward (Manila/Pampanga/Cebu)
