Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Field Tech Representative to join our team. As a Field Tech Representative, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support and assistance to our customers.
Key responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, installing and configuring hardware and software, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and effective solutions.
The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.
