Job Description
JOB SUMMARY: The Account Manager will manage a portfolio of accounts, maintain client relationships, and maximize sales opportunities. They will ensure timely delivery of solutions based on client needs.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, build relationships with key decision-makers.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within accounts.
- Coordinate and manage client projects from start to finish, meeting all requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill client needs.
- Conduct regular account reviews for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends to guide clients strategically.
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Open to all 4-yr course graduates with a passion for Sales; Fresh Graduates welcome.
- 6 months to 1 year experience in Sales or Account Management preferred.
- Knowledge of IT products, ability to understand complex solutions.
- Manage multiple projects and clients effectively.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
