Job Description

Join our team as an HR Staff specializing in Training & Development at Negros Women for Tomorrow Foundation, Inc. Responsibilities include managing the implementation of Staff Enhancement Training Programs, acting as a Resource Person, facilitating program delivery, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective training.

  • Conduct Training Needs Assessment
  • Prepare training materials and resources
  • Plan and budget yearly training programs
  • Assist in Digital Poverty Mapping queries

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php13,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
