Job Description
Access Healthcare is looking for Psychology Graduates for our CSR Healthcare account (Voice and Back Office). Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
Recruitment Process:
- 1st – Initial phone interview
- 2nd – Quick online assessment (multiple choice)
- 3rd – Final Interview
Qualifications:
- Must be Psychology Graduate (bachelor’s degree).
- With Hospital or Clinical experience.
- Good to Excellent communication skills.
- Amenable to work at Double Dragon, Pasay City.
- Can start as soon as possible.
Job Description:
- Communicate with insurance payers, document call notes, and perform patient chart analysis.
- Conduct outbound calls to obtain authorization for medical procedures.
