Job Description
A degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Experience in planning and executing employee engagement programs, such as wellness programs, team-building activities, and employee surveys.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees and understand their needs.
High level of discretion in handling sensitive employee information.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
