Job Description
About the Role (Function)
- Provide technical support for hardware and software issues.
- Repair and recover from failures, coordinating with stakeholders.
- Install and configure computers, servers, and peripherals.
- Monitor daily operations and ensure security protocols are maintained.
About You (Qualifications)
- 3+ years’ experience as a System Administrator.
- Proficient in Windows servers, Firewall UTM, ViCi Dial, and basic Linux.
- Knowledge of Networking, Firewall, and Active Directory.
- Experience with ticketing systems and SLAs.
- Strong English communication skills and able to start immediately.
