Job Description
Drive Success: Powering Projects with Precision and Expertise
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Administrator to join our team on a project basis. In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in supporting our project management team by organizing and managing administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our projects from initiation to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and organizing project workflows, including scheduling meetings and recording detailed meeting minutes.
- Coordinate logistics for travel and accommodation as necessary.
- Liaise with Payroll Services to resolve queries promptly.
- Manage daily administrative processes, ensuring compliance with project administration procedures.
- Prepare and distribute reports to track project progress and compliance.
- Provide administrative support during recruitment phases and manage documentation for personnel.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of administrative role experience
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with ERMS and FMG mobilization systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience in mobilization within the industry is desirable.
- Willingness to engage in project-based employment for 12 months.
- Must report onsite in Arcovia, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City.
