Job Description
With at least 2 years experience on MEPF Shop drawings, CAD management and As-Built Drawings
- Working experience in piping plans/layouts, ability to develop piping isometric and take-off spool drawings
- Knowledgeable about construction methods, materials, and design principles
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated and hardworking under pressure
Job Qualification
- Vocational Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent
- Proficient in CAD application, MEPF/architectural drawings interpretation
- Language proficiency: English, Filipino
- 1 year of related work experience required
- Preferably in Engineering (Civil/Construction/Structural)
- Willing to relocate to Danao, Cebu
- Full-Time position available
Skills
- Computer proficiency in AutoCAD software, 3D Rendering
- Microsoft Office skills
- Independent work ability
- Basic clerical duties knowledge
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good writing and listening abilities
