Job Description
- Prepare the billing computation for subcon workers and costplus on a weekly basis
- Address and resolve subcon-billing problems in accordance with billing requirements
- Provide regular and accurate reports of billing data
- Ensure the consistency of documents (i.e. receiving, checking, organizing, and billing documentation)
- Ensure proper filing of documents for billing purposes and future references
- Handle documents and process subcon billings
- Responsible for achieving billing targets
- Perform other duties as assigned by immediate head
Qualifications:
- Must hold a bachelor’s degree in any field
- Minimum of one year working experience in billing and payroll
- Keen attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and company software/database
- Analytical and possess problem-solving skills
- Highly organized with excellent time-management abilities
- Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in multitasking and systematic work approach
