Job Description
Handles cash transactions with customers using cash registers
Collect customer payments
Issue official receipts, refunds, and the like
Resolves customer complaints, guides them and provide relevant information
Prepares report at the end of the day (if asked by supervisor)
Greet customers who enter or leave establishments
Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
Bag, box, or wrap products
Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction
Performs other duties and responsibilities as required.
