Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Strategically plan and manage logistics, transportation, and customer services
- Direct, optimize, and coordinate full order cycle
- Liaise and negotiate with suppliers
- Track quality, quantity, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency
- Plan routes and process shipments
- Resolve problems or complaints
- Supervise and coach the team
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets
- Analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
- Ensure timely pull out of RTV and Hub to Hub Intra-warehouse transfer
- Identify bottlenecks and provide resolutions
- Perform other related duties assigned by management
Knowledge, skills, and experience requirements:
- Flexibility in working hours and travel
- 3-5 years experience in Logistics/Transportation Operations
- Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and Google Drive
- Strong interpersonal and conflict management skills
- Desire to make a positive impact on Sari Sari store owners
- Understanding of supply chain challenges and solutions
- Quick critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Good collaboration and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and extended hours if required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, CIE, warehousing, supply chain, or relevant field
