Job Description
· Submission and filing of mandatory reports (SS / Philhealth / Pag-ibig / BIR / DOLE)
· Assist day-to-day operations needs such as gate pass, endorsement, itinerary slips, leave form, outslip
· Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock levels, placing orders, and verifying receipt of supplies
· Distribute correspondence, memos, filing, letters, and forms
· Carry out administrative duties like filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
· Ensure Monthly report submission on Daily Itinerary report, Office supplies consumption, Drinking water consumption
· Daily monitoring of attendance and reporting to HR Manager
· Answer telephone calls, photocopy, and print documents for colleagues
· Manage weekly payroll for short-term project-based employees
· Perform other duties as assigned by the Department Head
