Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Strategically plan and manage logistics, transportation, and customer services
- Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
- Liaise and negotiate with suppliers
- Track quality, quantity, delivery times, costs, and efficiency
- Plan routes and process shipments
- Resolve problems and complaints
- Supervise and coach the team
- Meet targets for cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness
- Analyze data for performance improvements
- Ensure timely transfers between warehouses
- Address bottlenecks and provide solutions
- Perform assigned duties from management
Knowledge, skills, and experience requirements:
- Flexible working hours and travel involved
- 3-5 years experience in Logistics/Transportation Operations
- Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and Google Drive
- Interpersonal, conflict management, and impact-driven skills
- Understanding of supply chain complexities and solutions
- Quick critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Good collaboration and teamwork skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work extended hours
- Willingness to work in Calamba Laguna
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field, CIE a plus
