Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to fill various positions:
- Customer Service Representative
- Technical Support Representative

Responsibilities:
- Identify and address customer needs using provided scripts.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy with customers.
- Learn company products during training.
Qualifications:
- Onsite work required
- Filipino Citizen or relevant residency
- Minimum 18 years old, with at least high school diploma
- Conversant in English, with active listening skills
Nice to have:
- Previous customer service experience
