Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Formulate business assumptions for financial viability
- Source properties for business growth
- Conduct paralegal duties for property acquisition
- Analyze competitor scan, benchmarking, & scenario planning
- Prepare regular reports for daily operations
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
- Strong analytical, planning, & presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving & English communication skills
- Strong networking, negotiation & real estate industry experience
