Job Description
Qualifications
- Must have at least 3 years’ experience in Configuration Management
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience in Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Asset Management
- Preferably experienced in other ITIL processes like Release and Change Management
Job Description
- Support a logical model of IT infrastructure components
- Ensure CMDB accuracy and completeness
- Handle configuration item requests
- Develop Asset Management inventory and analysis reports
- Ability to work under pressure and tackle complex challenges
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift, Day shift, Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
