Job Responsibilities:
- Answers phone calls and provides important information/ assistance to clients
- Checks mail, fax, and internet mail to provide customer assistance
- Communicates with customers on the phone or using written correspondence
- Answer participant questions, and achieve full understanding
What are we looking for?
- Open to candidates who completed college, no experience required
- Excellent English communication skills
- BPO experience is a plus but not necessary
- Can do onsite work within 25km to 35 km
