Job Description
Role Overview:
The Assistant Manager – Labor Relations Officer plays a pivotal role in fostering positive employee relations and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and conflict resolution skills, with a solid understanding of labor laws.
Qualifications:
- Background in law or a graduate of law is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in labor relations or human resources.
- Experience in a unionized environment is preferred.
