Job Description
Job Description:
- List down VIP guest list of gifts based on preferences
- Update VIP information and department performance weekly
- Coordinate and communicate with departments
- Train and mentor employees on work attitude and procedures
- Analyze potential clients, gather competitive information, and plan events
- Handle VIP complaints effectively
- Develop Korea area client relationships and business trip lists
- Invite potential sales and agents for company events
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in casino, sales, or management
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Strong oral communication and relationship-building skills
- Adherence to company regulations and rules
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php150,00.00 – Php170,00.00 per month
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Shift system)
Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay
Expected Start Date: 06/20/2024
