Qualifications:
- Candidate must be at least 18 years of age
- Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2nd year in College
- High School Graduates are accepted
- Candidates need to be conversant in English
- Must be amenable to work onsite
Job Responsibilities:
- May carry out one or more of the following:
- Respond to call questions and complaints using usual scripts and procedures
- Gather information, research/resolves queries and log customer calls
- Communicate relevant alternatives for completion in a timely fashion
- Inform clients about expert services and determine customer requirements
- Provide instruction, teaching and help to lower level employees
- Provide guidance, instruction, and troubleshooting support to lower level employees
