Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all aspects of food production activities, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety regulations.
- Lead and motivate production teams to achieve production targets and meet customer expectations.
- Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize productivity and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality control standards, including HACCP and FDA regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production operations.
- Train and develop production staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Maintain accurate production records and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Implement a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Requirements:
- Graduate of Food Technology or Equivalent with 3+ years of production experience in the food industry.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, quality management systems, and strong leadership skills.
- Proficiency in production software, inventory management, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Flexibility to work in shifts and meet production targets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
