Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team in the food service industry handling HORECA or institutional accounts. You will play a vital role in managing and nurturing customer accounts, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional service
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience
• Conduct regular account reviews to assess customer satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary actions
• Prepare and present reports on account performance, sales trends, and customer feedback to management

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Account Specialist or similar role in the food service industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
• Knowledge of food service industry trends, products, and customer preferences
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month

Benefits:
