Job Description
Role Overview: The Dispatch Administrative Assistant at DZ Entertainment Transportation will manage schedules, coordinate logistics, and ensure smooth communication between drivers and clients to maintain transportation services’ efficiency and reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily dispatch schedules and routes.
- Communicate with drivers for instructions and changes.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and client interactions.
- Handle client inquiries and provide updates on shipments.
- Assist in resolving logistical issues and work on client outreach.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Alvys software.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in lead generation.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in dispatch or logistics support.
- Transportation industry experience is a plus.
