Job Opening for Sales Manager (Real Estate) at FLI
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or completed at least 72 units in college
- Solid experience in real estate industry
- Proficient in different selling techniques
- Experience in team leadership preferred
- Extensive knowledge in prospecting techniques
- Knowledgeable in digital marketing
- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas
- Familiar with real estate documentation process
- Manage 3 to 5 active salespersons
- Goal-oriented individual
- Own working assets such as a computer, laptop, tablet, or cellphone, and stable internet connection
- Residence in Cavite, Laguna, and Batangas (a plus)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Php35,00.00 per month
