Job Description
A. GENERAL FUNCTION
The position involves encoding information related to daily Section activities and assisting with administrative tasks.
B. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for timely documentation of maintenance works.
- Assist in monitoring work requests and proper routing.
- Ensure proper documentation of spare parts/materials
- Participate in Toolbox Meetings and prepare purchase requests.
- Process Contractor invoices and participate in company activities.
- Other assigned tasks as needed.
C. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Educational Attainment: College Graduate in Technical field.
- Work Experience: 1 year related experience.
- Skills: Technical expertise, computer literate with excellent English and Filipino communication skills.
