Job Description
We are looking for Customer Service Representatives who can maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
- Non-BPO experience with excellent communication skills
- Fresh Graduates are accepted
- Previous BPO experience is an advantage
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
- Have in-depth knowledge of products to assist customers
