Job Description
– Graduate of BS Marketing, Tourism, or any Business related course
– Computer literate (MS Office)
– Effective customer service and communication skills
– Pleasing personality and can present himself/herself well
– 1 year experience is an advantage
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answers inquiries and explains reservation documents
- Discusses requirements for external and internal financing
- Accommodates concerns via phone, email, social media, and face-to-face
- Updates and monitors grievances, sales reports, and buyer profiles
