Job Description
Develop, implement, and manage the Company’s compliance framework on AML/CTF and Sanctions to ensure the highest standards of compliance are met as per local and AXA Group requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular review of AML risk-based tools and monitoring systems
- Identify and escalate compliance vulnerability, risks, and issues
- Analyze AML implications for new products, systems, and emerging risk areas
- Formulate, review, and disseminate guidelines and policies related to AML Compliance Program
- Assist in assessing KYC/CDD/EDD
- Monitor daily covered and suspicious transactions, conduct investigations, and report suspicious activities
- Monitor business units’ compliance with regulations and regulatory correspondences
- Develop and promote compliance awareness programs through training
- Monitor business units’ action plans and compliance to Corporate Governance
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the insurance industry (Compliance and Operations)
- Strong background in regulatory environment (Insurance, Banks, etc.)
- Team-player with problem-solving and people skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Analytical skills and ability to work with minimum supervision
- Location: Makati City
- Immediate availability
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: Php39,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
- Overtime pay
Experience:
- Compliance and Operation in Insurance Industry: 3 years (Required)
