Job Description
As a Human Resources Analytics Lead, you will play a crucial role in our HR team, using Excel, PowerBI, and other tools for data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze HR data to enhance practices.
- Create reports and dashboards using Excel and PowerBI.
- Collaborate with leaders to meet data needs.
- Maintain data integrity through audits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- Prior experience as an HR Analyst.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerBI.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Full-time role in Northgate, Alabang, Muntinlupa City. Pay starts at Php50,00/month.
