Qualifications for the job:
a. Candidate must be at least 18 years of age
b. Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or reached at least 2nd year in College

Job Responsibilities:
- Responds to call questions and complaints, researches/resolves queries, and logs customer calls.
- Communicates relevant alternatives and provides guidance to lower-level employees.
