Job Description
1. Maintains, repairs, and troubleshoots mechanical issues in heavy-duty trucks, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently.
2. Diagnosing engine issues, carrying out routine maintenance procedures like brake checks and oil changes, fixing or replacing fuel systems, gearboxes, and brake parts, and abiding by safety rules and procedures.
3. Conducting inspections, test drive vehicles, and keep detailed records of maintenance and repairs.
4. Replace parts, valves, bearings, and gears as needed and repair vehicle cooling and heating systems.
5. In charge of requesting all necessary truck and heavy equipment parts for repair.
6. Inspecting trucks, backhoes, and other heavy equipment for proper performance.
7. Cleaning and servicing machine attachments like winches, blades, and side booms.
8. May perform service repairs in the field.
9. Performs scheduled PMS of trucks.
Qualifications:
- Vocational course graduate in automotive or any related course
- With experience as a Heavy Truck Mechanic
- Knowledgeable about heavy equipment systems and components
- Knowledgeable about diesel engines, transmission, electrical systems, computers, and hydraulics
- Must know how to Drive 10 wheels
- With Driver’s License – A, A1, B, B1, B2, BE, C, CE, D
- Willing to be assigned in Cabuyao City, Laguna or Stay-in
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php16,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
