Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries using scripts
- Research and resolve customer issues
- Provide guidance and support to other employees
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php26,00.00 per month
Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
Education: Senior High School (Preferred)
Experience: Customer Support Representative: 1 year (Preferred)
Language: English (Preferred)
