Jobs Responsibilities:
- Communicates with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolves customer issues on the first contact whenever possible without transferring the caller.
- Matches customers’ needs with Clients’ products and services.
- Uses negotiation skills to overcome objections and gain customer buy-in.
- Shares specific information with internal and external clients and collaborates with colleagues.
