Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Asia-Pacific region. This is a remote position on a contract basis.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring excellent customer service standards. Fluency in English and another APAC language is required.
Key responsibilities include responding to customer queries via email, phone, and chat, maintaining customer satisfaction, and documenting interactions. Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
