Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our Collections Program team. As a CSR, you will be responsible for interacting with customers, assisting them with inquiries and concerns, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required as training will be provided.
