Job Description
One-day hiring process. Earn up to Php25,00.00 monthly. We are urgently looking for Healthcare Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inquiries on medical services, insurance, and billing.
- Assist patients in scheduling appointments and accessing medical records.
- Verify insurance coverage and process medical claims.
- Resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction.
- Achieve performance targets for customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework preferred).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate.
